Looking for the lowest gas rates in Queensland?

We’ve summarised the cheapest residential gas usage rates for all of the gas networks across Queensland including the Australian Gas Network (AGN) and Allgas network for each retailer’s publicly listed gas plans.

The AGN Queensland gas network covers part of the Brisbane region (Brisbane CBD, north of the Brisbane River and Ipswich) and Northern Region (Rockhampton and Gladstone). There are around 3,000 km of pipeline delivering gas to about 102,000 customers.

The Allgas Gas Network covers part of the Brisbane area (south of the Brisbane River) and the Gold Coast (extending into northern NSW). It also covers the inland city of Toowoomba and the town of Oakey. The network has 3,200 km of pipeline delivering gas to around 100,000 customers.

Be aware that gas usage rates are typically charged in blocks, so a single rate may not be the whole story.
